How to Correctly Fill Out a Kentucky Vehicle Title
1. Seller’s Section
The seller must complete the following sections:
- Print and sign their name in the appropriate spaces.
- Fill in the date of sale.
- Provide the odometer reading if the vehicle is less than 10 years old.

2. Buyer’s Section
The buyer must complete the following sections:
- Print their name and address in the designated spaces.
- Sign the title in the appropriate section.
- If applicable, complete the lienholder information.
